General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop carspace-shop.at. The shop is operated by:

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding order. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the prices shown; these will be displayed before you complete your order.

4. Payment terms

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. Delivery time within Austria is typically 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary for deliveries to other EU countries.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply. The warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods.

8. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
